Business Development Associate

As our Business Development Associate, you will:
• Help accelerate our growth ambitions by scaling existing cross-channel outbound opportunities and identifying new ones.
• Educate and nurture incoming leads from both inbound and outbound channels.
• Take full ownership of your campaigns from start to finish (planning, lead research, lead list generation, sequence building, messaging, monitoring and optimization)
• Create automation processes for business development and sales activities with a focus on lead generation
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team on sales enablement content, including blog posts, customer success stories and onboarding guides.
• Develop cross-functional projects with other teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing, etc.) or external partners.


You will be great for this position if you:
• Have 1+ years of professional experience in a business or tech-related job role — further practical knowledge of IT or data analytics is a plus;
• Bring experience that enables you to better relate to our target audience’s pain-points, or you are eager to deep-dive into the data analytics space
• Are fluent in English
• Can work independently and plan ahead, coming up with creative ways to generate high-quality leads
• Think problems are actually opportunities to learn from and therefore enjoy creating immediate countermeasures when challenges arise
• Have a very analytical mentality, paired with a creative mind
• Are a fast learner and can quickly structure complex topics?
• Are ambitious and want to grow in a diverse thinking environment
• Have a high degree of proactiveness, diligence and a get-stuff-done mentality;
• Have strong analytical skills and a growth mindset.
